LIMASSOL MARINA PPP PROJECT Independent Engineer & Lenders’ Technical Advisor
SALFO, as the leader of the “JV SALFO-MARNET”, has been appointed by the Concessionaire and the Lender of the Project, to provide Independent Engineer and Lenders’ Technical Advisory Services for the Limassol Marina PPP Project.
The project includes the construction of a marina with a capacity of 680 yachts, as well as a real estate development of approximately 40,000 m2, which includes residential, commercial and touristic uses and aims to attract upper class clientele. A major part of the residential buildings (20, 000 m2) has been built on artificial islands.
The Project construction cost has been set at approximately €272 million.
