Being the first Greek firm that was involved in PPPs as advisors of the Greek State, at SALFO, we assist both the public and private sector by offering expert technical guidance and due diligence services.

We support numerous Greek and Saudi Arabian Ministries in developing and identifying the most appropriate models for optimization of risks and use of available funds to procure their PPP projects. Our work spans health, accommodation, water, and road sector, with expertise in structuring innovative PPP structures like Innovation Centers, Vaccination Labs and PPPs with blended project financing structures, involving multilateral banks, EU grants or EU financial instruments. We collaborate closely with lenders and sponsors to explore opportunities and shape viable project risk profiles, leveraging our deep understanding of project risks and costs.
