The Cove Villas
SALFO is acting as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for The Cove Villas, a high-end residential development located on the coastal front of the Hellinikon urban regeneration project.
SALFO’s scope includes full PMC services for 5 villas (TCV1) and construction monitoring for 22 villas (TCV2). Responsibilities involve tender support, contract management, scheduling, cost control, value engineering, permitting, environmental and HSE oversight, BIM-based interface resolution, and design coordination. SALFO supports the Client across all project stages from procurement through construction, testing, and handover, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and sustainability compliance.
