SALFO is acting as Independent Auditor during the construction phase of the Kalamata–Methoni road axis project, delivered through a Public-Private Partnership.
The scope includes monthly progress monitoring and reporting, participation in coordination meetings, issuance of certificates of task completion, review of construction schedule compliance, auditing of the contractual organizational structure and quality management system, and collaboration with the financiers’ technical advisor. The project involves the upgrade and construction of approximately 49 km of road infrastructure in the Messinia region.
