Waste Treatment Plant of Ilia PPP
SALFO in association with AECOM Ltd was appointed as the Lenders’ Technical Advisor (LTA) to support the due diligence process for the Financial Close for the Ilia Prefecture Waste Management Project. The J/V Mesogeos S.A.- J&P Avax S.A. – AAGIS S.A was selected as the Preferred Bidder (SPV) of the Project.
The Project involved the construction and operation of a Waste Management Unit for the Ilia Prefecture, with the capacity of 80,000 tonnes intake of Municipal Solid Waste per year.
