SALFO & Associates is honored to be part of the consortium, led by Hill International, Inc., alongside AECOM, selected to support Athens International Airport (AIA) in its multi-billion-euro Airport Expansion Program (AEP). This initiative will increase AIA’s capacity from 26 million to 40 million annual passengers, enhancing both infrastructure and the overall passenger experience.
The expansion includes terminal upgrades, new airside and landside facilities, additional parking, and a new aircraft apron. As part of the Program Management Office, SALFO will contribute expertise in project management, technical planning, design review, procurement, cost management, and construction supervision to ensure seamless execution.
This milestone highlights SALFO’s commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure solutions and shaping the future of AIA as a premier European aviation hub.
