The Project titled “The Renovation of ΟΤΕestate’s building” successfully completed. SALFO & Associates was appointed by OTEestate in order to provide Project Management Services during the design and construction of the renovation of the building at Troias street, in Athens. The offices of Hellenic Telecommunications Organization, OTE S.A., were established there since 1983. The new building will be used by Athens University of Economics and Business and the six-storey building is covering an area of 5.560 m2.
