PMO NDF HQ in King Abdullah Financial District - Phase I,II
SALFO is managing the fit-out of the National Development Fund’s headquarters at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh, covering eight floors of a nine-story, 6,000 m² building. Works include mechanical, electrical, masonry, woodwork, furniture, and specialized installations. The project is executed in two phases, with floors 3–6 completed in Q1 2022 and floors 1, 2, 7–9 by Q2 2022. Responsibilities include project and construction management, RFP preparation, design coordination, site supervision, testing and commissioning, and mobilization planning.
Separately, the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority has acquired 2,000 m² across the 6th and 7th floors of Building 505 in KAFD for expansion. The scope includes design, construction, insulation, finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage works, all in compliance with Saudi building and safety regulations.
