Place Vendome
SALFO was assigned by United Developers the Project Management Services for the mixed-use development of Place Vendome within Qatar’s emerging Lusail City. SALFO’s scope includes the project management of design and construction, ensuring the quality and safety in all procedures, by applying best practices.
Place Vendome is a development of 1.000.000 m2 built area in a plot of 200.000 m2. It includes a main mall building, which consists of 2 parking basements, a lower ground floor level, an upper ground floor level and 2 floors, as well as three 5 star hotels and 2 parking towers. The mall features retail outlets, food and beverage facilities and a central entertainment component.
