Design Consultancy Services for Development of waterfront Obhur Corniche in Jeddah
SALFO was awarded the design consultancy services of the Obhur Corniche in Jeddah City, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In order to redevelop the waterfront of Obhur, an area in the Red Sea coast close to Jeddah, a multidisciplinary design team was formed, which combined urban planning, roads, utilities and landscaping capabilities to create a design addressing the waterfront’s both functional and aesthetic requirements, featuring an integrated walkway, green areas, open areas, and children’s games, linking the North and South Obhur across a 400m wide zone of approximately 6km in length.
