Detailed Infrastructure Design for Modon Sukna Project in Jeddah
SALFO was assigned to provide design services to MODON that included dry and wet infrastructure works for the Sukna living community in Jeddah 4 Industrial City.
This landmark residential development is part of the 5km2 development that also includes MODON Oasis Industrial City. The design of wet and dry infrastructure works included surface drainage, flood protection, potable water, irrigation, street lighting, power and telecommunication networks for the community and the industrial city.
The nearby community extends over 1.4km2 and was designed to serve 4,000 dwelling units, health, education, athletic centers, retail and environmentally friendly green public spaces.
