Civil Works for Immigration Housing Projects in Western KSA
SALFO was awarded by OMRANIA a contract for the provision of detailed infrastructure design services for the development of masterplans for a programme of housing projects implemented by a Ministry of Housing of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The programme included three new residential cities extending over 760ha (7.6km2) approximately, in Qunfudhah area, in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
The scope of our services included the Transportation Planning and Traffic Impact studies for the three cities, as well as the detailed grading of the sites, the road design, the stormwater drainage design.
