Energy Audit & Inspection of The Urban Rail Transport SA (STASY) facilities
SALFO in association with ZEB SA Energy Services were appointed as the Energy Auditor for the Energy Audit of the “Urban Rail Transport SA (STASY)” facilities (Metro and Railway Stations, Offices, Depots and Parking).
The Project involved the inspection surveys and the analysis of energy flows for energy conservation in the facilities. The audit process involved:
- Analysis of buildings and utilities data, including study of the installed equipment and analysis of energy bills
- Survey of the real operating conditions
- Understanding of the building’s behavior and of the interactions with weather, occupancy and operating schedules
- Selection and evaluation of energy conservation measures
- Estimation of potential energy savings
- Identification of customer concerns and needs
