Dammam 2nd Industrial City was established in 1978 in order to achieve industrial development in the Eastern Province, on a location, which was outside the urban boundaries 20 Km southeast of the city of Dammam, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The city has a total area of 25,520,000 m2 and a great percentage of this city has been developed and houses various industry types like Manufactured Metal Products, Machineries and Equipment, Food and Drinks, Chemical Products and Plastic Building Materials, etc.
SALFO Saudi Arabia and Associates has undertaken the project management and construction supervision of all infrastructure construction works for city’s rehabilitation program. The principally tasked with the reviewing the construction documents, the construction works tracking daily progress, confirming valuations and claims submitted by the contractor, testing materials and quality of workmanship.
