DAMAC Data Center in Riyadh
DAMAC is building a data center campus in Riyadh to meet the growing demand for digital transformation in the KSA and align with the 2030 Vision.
The entire master plan of the proposed Data Center is for 30 MW in phased development with an IT load of 10MW. The plot size is approximately 35,000 m2, the build up area of 12,800 m2 and the customer space 1,000 m2.
The data center design and construction is certified by Uptime Institute as Tier III.
