New Aprons and Ramp Service Station Building Design in Athens International Airport
SALFO has been appointed by Athens International Airport SA (AIA) to carry out Detailed Design Services in relation to the construction of two new Aprons (Code C and General Aviation of 46,000 sqm total area) and a new Ramp Service Station Building (4,000 sqm).
The new Apron Y2 consists of 10 new remote stands for Code C aircrafts while the new GA Apron will accommodate the 14 stands for the General Aviation. The new Ramp Service Station Building B020 will be used by AIA’s Operations, Ground Handlers, Line Maintenance and General Aviation companies’ staff who will serve the new Apron Y2 stands.
