The Consortium SALFO & ASSOCIATES SA, ERNST & YOUNG SΑ and ERNST &YOUNG CYPRUS Ltd has signed today with the Ministry Of Transport, Communications and Works of the Republic of Cyprus the contract for the Provision of Advisory Services to the Government for the successful completion of the process of the re-development of the Larnaca Port and Marina Area, including the development of the adjacent property.
The consortium’s scope includes market sounding and report on global sector trends in relation to cruise/port, marinas, tourism and real estate development, benchmarking, analysis and review of the scope of the transaction, due diligence and risk assessment, investor marketing and road shows, preparation of the tender documents and concession contract for investors, support, evaluation and development of the negotiation strategy during transaction closing.
