Salfo and Associates has undertaken the peer review services for a VVIP private marina, at Ghariyah area, at the north east coast of Qatar. The aim is to develop a sheltered marina, consisting of sheet piles, for the protection of the berthed vessels and jet skis. The marina area is connected with the shoreline through an access jetty on piles, of a total length of 240m. SALFO’s services will include the peer review of the jetty and sheet piling system for the marina, as well as the peer review of the design of the floating pontoons system.
