SALFO & Associates has been awarded the second phase of the Duqm Beach Resort design. Duqm Beach Resort is a development in Duqm of an area of 45 Hectares consisting of Residential Apartments (1439), Villas (168), Commercial buildings, Hotels, Sports Recreation facilities, Education Precinct and a Water Play Park. At this stage Duqm Beach resort has initiated phase 1 of stage 1 consisting of buildings 4 and 5 with GBA of 45,000m2. Buildings 4 and 5 have an underground parking, a ground floor with commercial areas and 4 levels of residential apartments. Also externally it has 2 swimming pools, a green area and the internal roads.
Salfo’s scope of work is to provide the Structural design, the MEP design and the Civil design of buildings 4 and 5 in two phases. First phase will be the design for permitting purposes and second phase the detailed design.
