Sheraton Park Project – Phase 2
SALFO is assigned the Construction Management and Consultancy services for the Sheraton Park Project for all related landscape works. This design and build project focuses on the development of a landscaped iconic park in the heart of West Bay, an underground four-level parking to accommodate 2800 cars, a 66 KV/ 11KV substation and a tunnel below Corniche Road, linking the parking place of Sheraton Park and the Doha Convention Centre.
The area of the park will cover 7,6 hectares of public gardens, including impressive water features, wet wadi’s, children playground areas, cafeterias, restaurant and various other public facilities that aim to accommodate the Corniche green area.
