Development of Obhur waterfront in Jeddah
The project aims to redevelop the waterfront of Obhur and to create a design that matches Jeddah’s waterfront in terms of services and functional and aesthetic, and the work of an integrated walkway, green areas, open areas, and children’s games, linking the North and South Obhur.
The waterfront to be redeveloped has a length of approximately 11km and is part of a sinusoidal water body. The width of this water body ranges from 300m to 500m approximately. It comes out that the South Obhur project site is well protected against wave action of the Red Sea.
