Audit & Control Services for Fiber Optic Network
SALFO provides audit and control services for the nationwide rollout of Public Power Corporation’s (PPC) Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network in Greece.
The project covers up to 3 million premises across Athens, Thessaloniki, mainland Greece, Crete, and the islands. SALFO’s responsibilities include auditing data acquisition, construction works, and project completion, managing anomalies and incidents, controlling planning, permitting, system updates, and overseeing testing and acceptance. The scope also includes Health & Safety audits and progress monitoring across all stages.
